Ashleigh Gough has been Amway Canada Country manager in April 2022. She’s charged with driving market growth and profitability for Amway North America’s second largest affiliate, supporting Independent Business Owners and employees, and leading the market’s sales team.
Ashleigh joined Amway in 2019 as head of Marketing and built a high performing team that has consistently delivered results in support of Amway North America’s business growth initiatives.
Prior to Amway, Ashleigh served as vice president of Client Services for Arcane Digital. Her previous experience also includes brand management leadership roles for Columbia Sportswear and Procter & Gamble. A native of Toronto, Ashleigh has lived in London Ontario which she has called home since 2015. She spends much of her time outside exploring or traveling with family.
